I pray I never have a daughter.
Not because of anything I did, for once.
But because of the things they see with their two eyes.
Dealing with pressure and harassment on a daily can be a heavy burden.
Balancing your emotions like a walking tightrope is not an easy feat.
Being catcalled by a man or a woman isn’t flattering.
Being touched unwantedly is not cool
And being talked down to is not helpful.
If I had a daughter I would be ok with her ripping your face off.
I honestly can’t have a daughter.
As much as I think she would be beautiful, I can’t do it
I’m not strong enough.
