ScandalNavians is about being real.  It is about being who you are and all the complexities that go along with it.  We are who we in response to expectations, both positive and negative.  Trying to navigate our true passions, beliefs, opinions and likes amidst cultural expectations, stereotypes, family traditions, media pressures and community experiences is a confusing and tiring journey.  We traveled together; we continue this travel with others.  We are sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, friends.  We are educators.  We share our experiences and insights so that others will know they are not alone.
